They focus on the attitude, approach, and mindset required for effective improvisation and how to get the most out of yourself as an improviser – and in your everyday life. The classes give individuals the opportunity to experience and embed integral, yet counter-intuitive, ideas such as ‘failing happily,’ ‘being obvious to seem creative’ and ‘trying less to achieve more’ – while at the same time, exploring the role of the individual within the ensemble.
My core philosophy of the Hive of Nine Be's™ encourages participants to ‘be yourself’, ‘be playful', and ‘be positive’ to experience positive change through improvisation.
The courses are led by me, Glenn Hall, a professional performer who is one of Australia's most reputed improv lecturer and actor, with 30 years of professional experience in improv for life, improv comedy, business and acting.
I´ve has been working with, and trained leaders and teams all over the world with my designed BESPOKE IMPROVISATION programs.
I have tourned all over the world, and have been a headline teacher/performer at the world-renowned Improvention Festival in Canberra every year since its inception and has performed and taught at many European festivals and for many companies, such as Teatribū in Milano, Würzburger Improtheater Festival in Germany, TILT Improv Festival in Estonia, Impro Hotel at Mallorca, Improfest and SWIMP in Sweden and Gbgimpro, to name a few. He´s also half of improv duo Hall and the Bang with Victoria Bang, one of Sweden´s most reputed improvisers and teachers.
