Cancellation and Refunds
By registering and paying for a course or single workshop via email, website or phone with Just improvise, the participant agrees to Just improvise Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellation by Participant
If a participant wishes to cancel a course for which they have paid, the following conditions apply.
Notification of cancellation must be received, in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If received more than 28 days prior to the course commencement date, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
Between 7 – 28 days prior to the course commencement date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Fewer than 7 days prior to the course commencement date, the course fee is non-refundable. If a participant wishes to intermit its participation in a course, the course fee is non-refundable,
Single session conferences, workshops and events may have different cancellation terms depending on individual event requirements.
Cancellation by Just improvise
Just improvise reserves the right to change the lead tutor of the workshop and to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum enrolment numbers, or cancel in the event of exceptional circumstances. Any change or cancellation will be made in writing to all course participants as soon as possible via email or in person.
Where cancellation of a course or single workshop occurs, Just improvise will provide (where possible) alternative dates for course delivery, or similar courses, or a full refund of the course fees.
Covid-19 terms for participants
If a participant gets Covid-19, you must stay home and is not allowed to participate in class, your payment will be changed to a voucher that can be used within 12 months for any of Just improvise courses and classes. If the Government restrict gatherings, the same thing applies. The course fee is non-refundable. If Just improvise needs to cancel due to Covid-19, see above about Cancellation by Just improvise.
